Former BSP Asasanr Dhananjay Singh acquitted of rape charges

New Delhi: A Delhi court on Friday BSP ex-MP Dhananjay Singh rape and criminal intimidation woman acquitted of charges. Earlier it was reported Peedita hostile. Additional Sessions Judge Sarita Birbal Singh, former MP from Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh, saying that the 42-year-old woman told the court acquitted him of sexual harassment that Singh did not. The woman in his statement before the police and the magistrate said Singh repeatedly raped her for nearly four years. Singh, advocate on their behalf on bail and the case appeared SP M Tripathi. Sources said the woman told by a court in April this year, Singh never harmed him nor raped her. Police filed a chargesheet against Singh had alleged that between July 2005 and March 2009 the woman was raped several times.
